provide training, resources and encouragement for pastors of
District
Affiliated Churches and
New Church Plantings

provide assistance in building strong, healthy,
growing
churches

provide opportunities for laymen to be involved in ministry through

Helping Churches and Churches Planting Churches

initiate and assist with planting new churches

encourage Pastors and Churches to parent new churches by
